In order to limit contact when we re-open we are changing our loyalty card scheme.

When we open, we will no longer be stamping or issuing loyalty cards at Naturally Heaven Therapy.

How will I earn Loyalty Stamps?

  • Stamps become points.
  • Our new booking system will track your rewards as loyalty points
  • Each time you pay for an appointment or purchase a facial product, our system will allocate £0.50p for every £3 spent of your transaction value as loyalty pointsE.g. If you spend £30 – 10 points will be added – these will be worth £5

How do I Spend Loyalty Points?

You can check with us at any time to find out your loyalty balance – this will also show on your booking account when you login online.

To Spend your points, just ask your therapist to confirm your balance and these can be used in multiples of £5 with a minimum of £5 and a maximum of £40 at any one time

Loyalty Points cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions, however they can be used with Gift Voucher redemptions.

Loyalty Points can also be used earned and used towards purchases of facial products.

Loyalty Points have an expiry date of 6 months

What happens to my current loyalty card?

All is not lost. Keep your card safe until we re-open. Once we are re-open a box will be available in reception for you to surrender your loyalty card. We will then add points to your account and send you an email to confirm your balance. Points will only be added for unused portions on your loyalty card.  Please allow upto 48 hours for the points to be added to your account.
