Alanna is the founder and Spa Director of Naturally Heaven Therapy Newcastle and Heaven Therapy Cullercoats, with over 30 years of professional experience in holistic therapy and wellbeing.

She leads a team of highly trained therapists, providing client-rated exceptional massage and skincare treatments in Newcastle and the North East of England. Her practice combines skill, professionalism, and genuine care, ensuring every client feels supported in their personal journey.

Alanna is a highly respected Holistic Therapist and a proud member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), the Complementary Therapists Association (CThA), and the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists (ARR)—organisations that uphold rigorous professional standards.

Her specialist expertise includes:

• Fertility Reflexology and therapies supporting IVF, ICSI, and natural conception

Jasmine joined Naturally Heaven Therapy in April 2024, bringing a wealth of experience from her time at a prestigious hotel spa in the North East. Known for her skill and dedication, Jasmine offers an extensive range of holistic treatments tailored to relax, rejuvenate, and restore balance. Her specialties include soothing Aromatherapy Massage, deeply relaxing Hot Stone Massage, nurturing Pregnancy and Postnatal Massage, and revitalising Deep Tissue Massage for tension relief and MLD for Lymphedema. In addition to her therapeutic massages, Jasmine provides professional Manicure and Pedicure services, helping clients feel pampered from head to toe. Jasmine’s warm approach and skilled techniques make every treatment a truly personalised experience.

Associate Therapist

We’re absolutely delighted to welcome Chloe to the team at Naturally Heaven Therapy 

Chloe joins us from a well-known local hotel spa that has sadly recently closed its doors. We’re so pleased that she’s bringing her experience, warmth and expertise with her — and we know our clients are going to love her treatments!

Chloe specialises in:

• Pregnancy Massage – nurturing, supportive treatments designed to ease aches, reduce swelling and promote deep relaxation for mums-to-be.
• Deep Tissue Massage – perfect for relieving tension, tight muscles and stress.
• Indian Head Massage – a calming treatment focusing on the scalp, neck and shoulders to melt away built-up tension.

We welcomed Caroline to the team in 2025, working across Naturally Heaven Therapy & Heaven Therapy Cullercoats as Senior Therapist and Educator.  With over 35 years experience in treatments and education, Caroline is an asset to the team offering a wealth of treatments including massage, Pregnancy Massage, Thai Herbal Compress and much more

Physiotherapist / Sports Massage Therapist

Michael is an enthusiastic and results-driven graduated physiotherapist with NHS experience in patient assessments, rehabilitation methods and evidence-based treatment approaches. Skilled in implementing personalised therapeutic treatment programs that have improved patient outcomes by over 30%. Also holding certifications in Level 4 Sports Massage and Foundational Acupuncture, which have significantly enhanced his professional skill set.  HCPC Registered, his goal as a physiotherapist is to deliver compassionate care while focusing on achieving meaningful and measurable progress in my patient’s recovery and well-being.
