Time
New clients are requested to attend 5 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time, in order to complete the necessary paperwork. It is with regret, that due to busy clinic schedules, we cannot extend any treatment should you be late for an appointment. Treatment times are approximate and in the case of massage treatments, these do allow for consultations and changing times. If you are late for an appointment, treatments have to be adjusted accordingly to prevent our team from running over.
Peace & Tranquility
Our spa environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation. Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. Please maintain conversations at a considerate volume in all areas and turn off mobile phones. We kindly request that you do not bring children with you to your appointment.
Aftercare Advice
In the interests of your health & well-being, we do not recommend more than 1 massage per week, the exception is Manual Lymphatic Drainage subject to guidance from your consultant.
After treatments, we advise clients to drink plenty of water or herbal teas. It is recommended that you take it easy. If you require any further information, please consult your therapist.
Cancellation Policy
Whilst we appreciate that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can occur. Appointments at Naturally Heaven Therapy are precious, therefore, please contact us within 24 hours by telephone or email to cancel your appointment or a charge of 50% may be payable. A 100% fee will be payable for any ‘no-show’ appointments. We send email and text reminders to clients 24 hours prior to remind you of your appointment. For New Clients, we reserve the right to charge a £10 booking fee per person to guarantee appointment bookings.
In the case of a Late Cancellation or ‘No Show’, we reserve the right to deduct equivalent loyalty points, cancel any future appointments and request prepayment on any future bookings.
Undergarment Policy
Required for both male and female clients, we reserve the right to refuse treatment for any breach of this policy.
Under 16’s
Parental consent is required for those under 16 for any treatment. We do not offer nail treatments to anyone under the age of 14.
Gift Vouchers
Naturally Heaven Therapy Gift vouchers are available to purchase online, by telephone or online & are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Payment: We accept cash, all major credit & debit cards (including American Express), Google Pay and Apple Pay

Group Bookings & Deposits
It is our policy to take a non-refundable deposit of up to 50% for dual, group or bookings for £50 or more. Additionally, we reserve the right to request a deposit of at least £15 per person to secure your appointment for new clients where the booking value is less than £50.
