My Gentle Release Therapy session with Alanna was a very positive experience. She was gentle, supportive and knowledgeable, taking the time to understand me and what I needed help with. After the treatment, I felt a real sense of release. I was a little achy at first, but that soon passed. Since the...n, I have felt more relaxed, my breathing has improved, my chest no longer feels as heavy, and I've noticed that I don't clench my jaw as much. I had a Physio therapy for my neck pain.
It was great experience, Michael was able to clearly understand my problem and give right instructions, exercises and calm talk. it had a good relief from the pain and continuing general exercise's .

I booked a sports massage with Michael the physiotherapist and I was really pleased with the whole experience. He really listened when I was outlining the issues I was having as well my past injury history - always so friendly and understanding. He was responsive during the massage and let me know w...hat he was doing and what was coming next. He gave me some exercises to do in the meantime to help me with my injury. I will definitely be making another appointment as I had so much more mobility afterwards and even today after doing the exercises he suggested. Thanks so much, Michael! read more
