Alanna is the founder and Spa Director of Naturally Heaven Therapy Newcastle and Heaven Therapy Cullercoats.

Alanna is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), Complementary Therapists Association (CThA), and the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists (ARR), Complementary Medical Association is a well-respected Holistic Therapist in Newcastle and the North East of England. Specialising in Fertility Reflexology, Pregnancy Massage, Induced Labour Reflexology, and Post Natal Massage, Alanna builds a great relationship with clients, applying a caring professional attitude to all clients irrespective of their personal circumstances and is rated very highly.

Head Therapist

Holly has been a valued therapist at Naturally Heaven Therapy for over six years, joining us after a successful career at a renowned North East spa. With extensive experience and a true passion for wellness, we were thrilled to welcome her to our team. Holly brings a wealth of expertise in holistic therapies, offering a diverse range of treatments including Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Deep Tissue Massage, Indian Head Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Facials and Skincare, and Lymphatic Drainage, among many others. Her intuitive approach and skillful techniques provide clients with deeply rejuvenating and personalized experiences. Holly is available for appointments online and works on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at Naturally Heaven Therapy, where she continues to enhance the wellbeing of each client she treats.

Jasmine
Senior Therapist

Jasmine joined Naturally Heaven Therapy in April 2024, bringing a wealth of experience from her time at a prestigious hotel spa in the North East. Known for her skill and dedication, Jasmine offers an extensive range of holistic treatments tailored to relax, rejuvenate, and restore balance. Her specialties include soothing Aromatherapy Massage, deeply relaxing Hot Stone Massage, nurturing Pregnancy and Postnatal Massage, and revitalising Deep Tissue Massage for tension relief and MLD for Lymphedema. In addition to her therapeutic massages, Jasmine provides professional Manicure and Pedicure services, helping clients feel pampered from head to toe. Jasmine’s warm approach and skilled techniques make every treatment a truly personalised experience.

Courtney
Head Therapist (Cullercoats)

Courtney, our dedicated Head Therapist, typically leads our team at the Cullercoats Salon, where she has been a valued member since April 2021. However, every Wednesday, she brings her extensive skills to Naturally Heaven Therapy, offering an impressive variety of holistic treatments. Courtney’s expertise spans a broad range of therapies, including deeply relaxing Aromatherapy Massage, nurturing Pregnancy Massage, and specialised Reflexology treatments tailored to meet individual needs—such as Foot Reflexology, Pregnancy Reflexology, and Fertility Reflexology. She is also skilled in advanced therapies like Manual Lymphatic Drainage & RLD, which aids in reducing swelling and enhancing overall wellness. For skincare, Courtney offers revitalizing Facial Skin Peels, soothing Dermalogica Skincare Facials, and our innovative Hydra Oxygen Facial, designed to hydrate, rejuvenate, and give skin a radiant glow. Physiotherapist / Sports Massage Therapist

Michael is an enthusiastic and results-driven graduated physiotherapist with NHS experience in patient assessments, rehabilitation methods and evidence-based treatment approaches. Skilled in implementing personalised therapeutic treatment programs that have improved patient outcomes by over 30%. Also holding certifications in Level 4 Sports Massage and Foundational Acupuncture, which have significantly enhanced his professional skill set.  HCPC Registered, his goal as a physiotherapist is to deliver compassionate care while focusing on achieving meaningful and measurable progress in my patient’s recovery and well-being.
