Why is it important to continue massage postnatally?
During the postnatal period, your body is going through big changes and you need to be careful not to overstimulate it. The time it takes for your body to return to normal differs for different women and depends on factors such as your general health, the type of pregnancy you experienced, the type of birth, how well you are bonding with your child, the kind of baby you have and how easy you are finding breastfeeding.

What Positions Are Safe In Postpartum Massage?
Any position is safe after delivery, but may be adjusted for your comfort or specific treatment. Some mummies crave being able to lie face-down again after lying on their sides for almost nine months. Others may be uncomfortable face-down because of breast discomfort or the distraction of leaking milk. The side-lying position can be comfortable and very effective to treat specific issues of the shoulders, pelvis or legs or due to c-section.
May I Bring Baby To My Appointment?
Many mothers want to leave their baby in good hands and take a break. However, some mummies prefer to bring their newborn with them. You are welcome to bring newborns but please remember this is suppose to be a little bit of you time. Newborns usually sleep a lot and I will adjust the routine to Baby, if needed (breastfeeding, etc.). please let me know in advance if you are bringing baby with you.
