Deep Tissue Massage 30min £25 or 60min appointment – £47

Deep Tissue massage relieves severe muscular tension using special techniques to focus on muscles located below the surface muscles. Helps relax, recharge and re-energise, whilst tension melts away.

Indian Head Massage 45min appointment – £30

This is a gentle yet powerful Indian Head Massage includes the head, shoulders, neck, scalp and face working with the body’s energy chakras.

Pregnancy Massage – 1hr Appointment – £46

Pregnancy massage consists of a personalised full body massage, plus a back or leg massage. We will use a variety of different massage techniques to help relieve discomfort, fulfil relaxation and maintain the well-being of the expectant mother and child. This in turn helps to increase blood and lymphatic flow during the massage.

Sports Massage – 1hr Appointment – £54

Sports massage focuses on areas of the body stressed by repetitive and intense physical activity. It uses tailored massage techniques which help to prevent injury, relieve muscle tension and improve performance. It is also a type of soft tissue massage used to treat injuries and can be adapted to fit the needs of athletes in training, during recovery, or as part of their injury rehabilitation.
