Craig — Level 3 qualified therapist
Craig holds a Level 3 qualification and provides deep tissue massage tailored to your treatment goals and preferred pressure.
Chloe — Level 3 qualified therapist
Chloe holds a Level 3 qualification and provides deep tissue massage
tailored to your treatment goals and preferred pressure.

What happens during your appointment?
Your appointment begins with a consultation about your goals, relevant health information and any areas of muscle tension you would like your therapist to focus on.
Your therapist will explain the treatment and discuss your preferred pressure. You will have privacy to undress to your comfort level and will be covered with towels, with only the area being treated uncovered.
During the massage, your therapist will check that the pressure feels comfortable and adapt their approach to your feedback. You can ask for lighter pressure, a pause or to stop at any time.
Afterwards, your therapist will discuss suitable aftercare and answer any questions about your treatment.

Deep tissue massage focuses on areas of muscle tension using slower movements and pressure tailored to your comfort. It may help ease feelings of tightness, encourage relaxation and provide short-term relief from some muscular aches.
Your therapist will discuss your goals and adapt the treatment to the areas that need attention. Results vary between individuals, and massage does not replace medical assessment or treatment for persistent pain, injury or an underlying health condition.
How might I feel after my massage?
You may feel relaxed after your treatment. Some people also notice temporary tenderness or soreness, particularly after firmer pressure.
Your therapist will discuss suitable aftercare with you. If you feel unwell or develop significant, worsening or persistent pain, seek medical advice rather than assuming it is a normal effect of massage.
Is deep tissue massage suitable for everyone?
Deep tissue massage may not be suitable for everyone. Before treatment, please tell us about any medical conditions, recent injuries or surgery, medicines, pregnancy, or concerns about bruising or pressure.
